The Archives holds print copies of final and other exams, primarily from FAS undergraduate courses, dating from 1836 to 2009. The collection also contains some examinations from the Law School, the School of Dental Medicine, the Graduate School of Business Administration, and the Lawrence Scientific School.

None of the exams held by the Archives are available online at this time; you must visit the Archives to request and view them. Use the List of examinations, 1836-2009  to find exams held by the Archives and to obtain Archives call numbers before your visit.

The Archives Reading Room is in Pusey Library in Harvard Yard and is open to researchers Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. When you arrive in our Reading Room, you will need to complete an Archives registration form and store coats and bags in a locker. Please be sure to review our website for more information about our specific location, hours, and access/use policies.

Please contact the Archives reference staff for more information about access to exams.
